Shipping Notice
Please note there may be some delays beyond our control with your delivery. If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@shop-lido.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Order Fulfillment
All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates
We offer standard shipping across Canada and the United States. Delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.
Local Delivery
Unfortunately, we do not offer local delivery. Please check our website regularly for any changes.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping outside of Canada or the United States. Please check our website regularly for any changes.
How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@shop-lido.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.
